I did about 140 gigs down and 80 gigs up if I remember right. With the the 3 meg cap you may even be able to hit 1 terabyte in a month if you constantly download.
In any case they stopped doing it around june this year so I was really just saying it to be a jackass. As long as the rates stay relatively the same it won't be a bad thing.

the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me.

not here with comcast - they don't do home networking - only will set up one unit and the network and equipment is all you !
and if you have over 5 computers hooked up then you have to pay there business rate of $98 a month i know this for a fact i spoke to them about it .
then there is a corp rate to dont know were that starts or rate . may just be the detroit metro area but thats the infomation they told me on the phone and in some paper work they sent me just 2 months ago !

How do they know how many computers you have hooked up to the network? Especially if you're behind a router or a firewall? They shouldn't be able to detect that... I wouldn't think?

They can't know, the worst they are going to see is 5 or 6 http requests going out at the same time. Or a quake game and a ut game at the same time. This alone is not enough to prove that you have multiple computers, unless you aren't using nat there is no conclusive way to know.
