I am kind of referring to new computers like these athlons... But the fan doesn't do much w/o a heatsink though, right? I could be wrong.

I had a Global Win dual fan HSF on the celeron but still had cooling problems with the chip cause of the case... The question at the bottom was just my contribution to the thread

This Delta gets plenty of power from the motherboard 3 pin connector.

I couldn't afford a new motherboard, so I filed down my brand new video card to fit in one of them big ole white slots. It should work shouldnt it?
