Those of you with KT266a based board what are your mem scores in Sandra?

Just curious i seen a couple reviews of different boards and the memory scores were twice as high as my 8k7a's are.. Just wondering what everyone around here is gettin' for them?

mine is about 20% faster than my 8k7a scores

I don't buy the scores i seen... They were on a Soltek kt266a board... At 133 FSB the scores were way above a P4 with PC800 then they juiced it to 150 and it was even higher.... I was kinda thinkin' someone was full of it. My scores at 148 are 882/874 there's at 150 on that board said 19xx/18xx.

There are hacks that allow to fool benchmark programs. They trick somehow the program to think time runs faster/slower than realtime.

nope i don't think he saw hacks..
they are correct scores...

however the memory bench itself was changed...

the latest version of sandra has 2 types of memory tests... buffered and unbuffered...
forgot which one was the old one... but sandra added the new on to reflect "real world" performance...
that's why the #'s are so high...

honstly I dont totally remember....and seeings how my cpu just decided 2 Lock it self at 11 the other day my system has been a little strange so I cant retest right now.

but as close to what I remember was it was over the 1000 mark. i was pleased. then again it was jsut a benchmark.

I heard that memory scores changed with recent Sandra builds ... didn't know it would bring up almost twice the numbers between old and new test.
