Anyone run a P31000MHz on their Abit BH6?
Just curious to see if anyone has successfully run a PIII-1000MHz cpu on an Abit BH6 mobo. I thought the ceiling was 600MHz for the BH6.

Abit doesn't even guarantee ANY P3 will work on a BH6 - it's a crap shoot. I'm pretty sure the limit is an 800 on that board.
I know I couldn't get a 550 to work on it, even with the latest BIOS.

Tried a 550e and 600e on 2 bh6's and both worked just fine. The 600@800 was ok, but more stable at 744. It may work with a 1 gig but as others said that may just depend on the bh6.
