Anyone having problems with IE6
I upgraded last night for some stupid reason.... About 50% of the pages i try to get to won't work... I sign off reboot and i can get to them... 30 min later they don't exist... Didn't have this problem until i switched from IE5.5 to 6.... Anyone else experiencing anything like this.

Same here. I've upgraded all my PCs here to IE5.5 with all the latest patches via the MS updater but havent done IE6 or DirectX 8.1 yet (another MS "thing" that still seems to scare me after previous bad experiences with it many years ago).
IE5.5 seems fine and IE6 runs on the XP unit but I'm not really noticing anything different about them.

Installed IE6 yesterday.
This is 2nd time I use it.
No problems so far.
What, a perfect record !

OK but.....
Would you say that it's noticeably better than IE 5.5, worthy of the upgrade? I'd install it if I were convinced that it'd be better but newer is not always better in my world.

LOL
Pretty funny indeed.
Ever wonder what would/wouldn't happen if we just left the PCs alone (IE: NOT "Abuse" them by always upgrading, DLing software and/or adding new software or hardware)?

Gulp!
Feeling brave I too took the "big risk"
and installed IE6 on 2 more PCs (main one and laptop now upgraded to Win2K Pro).
No problems whatsoever, went smooth as butta'
Almost does'nt seem right not having problems
