MSI RMA Policy?

Post by Danielm7 »

As seen in the fs/ft post, my msi k7t pro2a fried and it took my cpu with it. Now i'm in need of a combo, cheap, any suggestions would be appreciated.
Now I need to rma my msi board, I went to the microbarn site where I got it and they don't have a phone number up and aren't accepting new orders, aka probably out of business. So I got to msicomputer.com and they say they only accept rmas from vendors.
So I figured I would call them anyway and have been in a loop on the phone over and over again getting nowhere, anyone have any tips for dealing with msi rma dept?
thanks,
Daniel

Got it worked out today, thanks, was some problem with the phone system that kept looping, on a long distance phone call across the whole contry, ugh.
