But are still very fun to see.

Ones I can think of so far are..

Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man - Fun movie with Don Johnson and Micky Rourke. And chix

From Dusk Till Dawn - Great movie period! Clooney at his best.

StrarShip Troopers - Even though it made around 70mil it cost about 150mil so it's considered a bomb. Very fun action movie similar in ways to the immortal Aliens. and hot chix too :)

The Crossing Guard - With Jack Nickolson. Very moving picture directed by Sean Penn.

Executive Decision - Excellent high in the sky action/terrorist movie with Kurt Russel and
a small part by Steven Seagal.

Desperado - Awesome movie and why it bombed I have no idea. With Antonio Bandaras and the sexy miss Salma Hayek

The Hidden - Cool Alien type movie. Here the alien takes over the bodies of humans and loves rock music and fast cars. Mucho fun!

Fallen - Very spooky horror movie. One of the best to me.

Out of Sight was also a good Clooney film, even if it plays like a "Pulp Fiction" Lite... Flash Gordon was another bomb, but think it's worth another look -- gotta love the line "no, not the bore worms..."

Gotta love the cheese factor -- and oh, don't forget Lynch's Dune... I still prefer it over the sci-fi channel version...

I also loved Hudson Hawk w/ Bruce Willis and I agree with Starship Troopers, I catch it everytime it is on the tube. and I got the DVD and watch it occasionally.

Fight Club tanked at the box office, but it was a great movie. David was vindicated when it came to video and DVD though.

Another I forgot was The Hunted which has Highlander's Christopher Lambert in it. And some very cool ninja and martial arts stuff in it.

I don't know how well these did at the box office but I just watched on video :
Frequency, I thought it was great. The story was awesome even though it was very unreal ,it is only a movie.

Shanghi Noon, I liked this one quite a bit. It was typical Chan but Owen Wilson was kind of funny and the wcenery and camera work was very nice. It was filmed in Alberta and British Colmumbia , Canada btw.

I liked Shanghai Noon too. Another I just thought of is Black Rain with Michael Douglas and Andy Garcia. And excellent good cop, bad cop thriller set in Japan.

And maybe even The Kid. It did 70 mil last year but was expected to do much more. I thought it was the best movie I saw last year.

I have to agree with a couple of choices here. Starship Troopers was a cool flick indeed, as well as Executive Decision. The best part of that movie was when Segal's character dies. I can't stand him at all.

13th Warrior rules for one reason alone. Vikings. There just aren't enuff Viking flicks out there to suit me.
