Anime...Trigun good?

I remember reading b4 it was good. so I picked up the box set today (all 8 dvd's) Just wana make sure b4 I actually Open it and the SS return department at bes tbuy wont accept it.

eh, it is pretty good. It is more of a comedy/farce than action series.

Basically, this guy is an idiot who stumbles his way through all kinds of sticky situations. Lots of stuff gets blown up in the process, so the law thinks he is a real badass. In reality, he is just profoundly lucky.
