*SHORT RANT START*

WHY O WHY do professors think that Term papers are a good way to give student marks.....personally I feel that I dont learn anything relevent to a particular course I am taking......

Not only do they add alot of stress to students lives, I find them totally pointless..

*END RANT*

dont mind me, I am just overworked because i left all my work to the last minute and now I have too much work to do and not enough hours in a day to do it....

Just want to say that, as a prof, term papers are a great way of telling if a student 1) does the work 2) has understood the material and 3) is able to express their ideas. Its really not meant to be torture. However, I've left a fwe to the last minute myself...
