will the p100 boards fit in a regular case like atx/at or do they have to have IBM cases and such

They fit in NLX Cases, which I woul dgladly ship out w/PSU for the true cost of shipping. The cases are pretty big though.

does the Power Mac logic boards come with cpus? I can't remember if they solder them on the board or not

The KT7A-Raid Supports Socket A Processorts from 600mhz and up, both 200 and 266mhz bus. Here are the specs:
