The One

Post by poop »

Wow, that movie was awesome. Of course is was steeped in Jet Li's personal philosphy, but it was still rockin. The effects were really sweet. You could really feel it when Law (Li's character) would punch someone. The impact was sweet.

Note:
If you don't like flying stuff, don't see it.

Balance, spritual energy, buddhist stuff.

Jet Li will only do a movie if they allow him to insert parts of his beliefs into it.

I saw it, and quite frankly was dissapointed. The action was good, but they could have done sooo much more with it, and instead they tried to give it some kind of plot which is OK, but I would have preferred little plot and more action. I was expecting it to have the kind of edge that the good John Woo movies had, but instead it turned to be bland and totally forgettable. I think I should have spent my 5 bucks on Monsters Inc instead =(
Welcome to the machine.

Rogue i'm here with you on this one too , the idea was pretty neat but sadly performance was lacking imo , not enough depth to the characters and the plot , lack of humour too :( , overall would prob make a decent video rental .
