These are great if you need to build cheap system. The onboard audio doesn`t perform well under win98 but works great in winME uless you get a better driver
Motherboards are OEM packed, brand new, never used, come with driver CD and cables

Just like to add Petr that the sound works flawlessly in WIN2K , both boards i bought off you worked out great , btw this is a decent board for starter pc's and the guy selling em aint too bad either :D
May take another one off you soon Petr !
