DO NOT BUY FROM OPENLINX!!! These guys are COMPLETELY irresponsible. I ordered an A1 400W powersupply from them. When I received the package, I was completely disgusted. The powersupply was shipped in its own box WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ADDITIONAL PACKING/PACKING MATERIAL/OR ANY FORM OF PROTECTION. Needless to say, the powersupply came DOA - one of the big capacitors inside the powersupply was rattling inside and had fallen clean off the board. I called up their number and was met with a representative who was no help at all! This powersupply was ordered UPS 2nd Day because I had to meet an order WITH A DEADLINE. Openlinx offered only to ship a replacement UPS ground. I demanded that a replacement be shipped on a faster medium but the now short-fused representative "John" told me I had 2 options - either get a replacement via UPS ground or a refund. Obviously, I asked for my refund. Because of this companies extremely poor and careless shipping, I'm not going to be able to meet my deadline. YOU HAVE JUST LOST WHAT COULD'VE BEEN A LONGTERM AND LOYAL CUSTOMER. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND COSTING MY BUSINESS MONEY.
*Note: I'm not even sure if "John" was the rep's real name. He was extremely hesitant about giving any type of identification.
