Cannot get 3D Acceleration with Gigabyte GA7DX-R

I have a Gigabye GA7DX-R motherboard, and everything works fine except for the video. I have a ATI Radeon 32MB SDR, and whenever i start any game, it doesn't work. I get no video at all,and my monitor's power light flickers from Yellow to green.

The game is working though, the sound is working fine. I can switch back to the desktop to end the game.

Any ideas?

I've installed the AMD AGP miniport driver.

which OS and which vid card drivers you using? did you install DirectX after the vid card drivers? Does it do this with only this one game, and which one?

Make sure you have directx 8 installed. And SP2 if you're running win2k
