AMD 761 and Win 2K

I just set up an Athlon 1.33 machine on a MSI MS-6341 "K7 Master" mobo. It seems to work ok when I install win98 SE. When I install win2k the damned thing will only boot if I use a CD to boot then choose "boot from hard drive". Also when I do a soft reboot I will sometimes have to hit the reset switch 1 or more times before it actually reboots....before I do that it just hangs. Anybody know if there's a problem with 761 and windows 2000? Thanks

I'd appreciate any suggestions on this issue...

I sure hope it works with Win2k. As I am looking to getting the GA-7DXR, using the AMD 761 chipset..

As of right now 98 works fine...but 2000 seems kind of clunky
