I finished the game this morning....loved it. The ending could have been a little better.
As for binding keys I just use the arrow buttons on the left side of my keyboard for movement, left ctrl for crouch, e=use,mouse is set to the games default. Mna I'm going to hate when this keyboard craps out on me. You just can't find a keyboard with the arrow keys on the right and left sides.
I'm not lazy by nature, I work very hard at being lazy.

I tried the C button for crouch back in the day just like you Danielm7. My beef with that however is that it requires you to take a finger off the directional buttons and that can often mean the difference as to wether you live or die. With Lshift as crouch, your pinky is already there and no direction becomes unavailable while you crouch.

For every FPS I use the same key setup -

Move forward = right mouse button
Move backward = mouse thumb button
Strafe right = D
Strafe left = A
Crouch = C
Jump = Space
Fire = Left mouse button
Alt fire = Alt
Change weapon = Mouse wheel
Use/Open = E

Wow, my bindings are way different than any of these. Even though I am right handed, I use my mouse with my left hand when I game. Here's some of my typical bindings:

Move forward = up arrow (also home)
Move backward = back arrow (also end)
Turn right = right arrow
Turn left = left arrow
Strafe right = page up
Strafe left = insert
Crouch = right shift (if a game has alt fire) or right mouse button (if no alt fire)
Jump = right control
Fire = left mouse button
Alt fire = right mouse button
Change weapon = mouse wheel or \
Use/Open = enter

Wow. I've never seen such an interesting variety of control setups. Some of them seem really unusual but I guess you get used to it.

WOW some of you use some real weird bindings!! lol Mine work good for me. I mostly play TFC or CS but set up every FPS the same as i do this. I always play with mouse look on and use the mouse to turn left and right.

Forward = up arrow
Backward = down arrow
Straffe left = left arrow
Straffe right = right arrow
Primary fire left mouse button
secondary fire = wheel button
jump = right button
weapon scroll = mouse wheel
crouch = end
reload = delete

TFC
Gernade 1 = front thumb button
gernade 2 - rear thumb button

This has always worked good for me everything is right there and don't have many keys i need to use all the power is in the palm of my hand :)

I just finished it... took me a while because I never played it for more than an hour at a time.
It was fun. I'm not planning on going back to the harder modes, but I might think about it.
These are my bindings, all on the NUMPAD:
Up-8
Down-2
Strafe left-4
Strafe right-6
Crouch-.
Fire-Mouse 1
Secondary/use-scroll button
Jump-Right click
Reload-+

In CS I keep the same setup, except:
use is 0
enter is drop weapon
1 is primary gun
3 is pistol
* is knife
- is grenade/fb
5 is walk (don't really use it)

The 1 and 3 thing for primary and pistol is great for scouting/deagling... makes it very easy to get out of zoom fast and have the option of going either to deagle or back to scout.

Anyhow, the game was pretty fun. I think NOLF and Deus Ex were more fun overall, but this sure gave them a run for their money :)
