At what (if any) proof will alcohol freeze at?

I know it's an old saying, but it can be VERY true.
Your bodies aren't fully developed and ready for that kind of abuse (generally the less you weigh the easier you'll get f'd up). give it a few years before you experiment, you'll have learned so much more in that time, grown some, and maybe even outgrown this silly quest to get drunk.

Honestly I dont' think I ahve all that much growing left to do. I am allreday 5' 6" SHUTUP. I am no I am short, but my dad is 5' 7" and my mom is like 5' 2" I figure that if I het 5' 10" I am TALL!

I know. I weigh probably about 130 or so. I am a hockey player and recently started working out alot more. I dont know if this helps at all but I can bech about 170 or so.

What problems?? I dont't mean that I bench 170 regularly. I am just saying I can. And probably only once or twice at a time. I don't think I could do reps of anything over 150. I don't lift weights often. All I really work on is pushups, And my stomach. I am geting one of those ab dollys for Christmas! Woot!!

long term effects are stunted growth, arthritis (spelling?), joint problems, and things of that nature.
I don't know about 14, but I do know that I was told not to start lifting heavy till I got to highschool football. That was the begining of the end, stopped growing verticle, and went horizontal. 6'1" 125lbs as a freshman, and was 6'2" 248lbs as a senior. Now considerthis, the doctor figures I should have hit about 6'4" or more if I didn't do all that lifting.
It's up to you. It's another one of those things you'll pay for later in life.

I was wrong on the age. Just called my old trainer from basketball, she says that you shouldn't start till you're around 13 1/2 to 14, but even at that point not to push it too hard. Wait till your bones have stopped growing to lift heavy and add bulk. That happens around 18 to 19 in guys. I f'd up and started adding bulk at 15 years. (graduated HS at 17)
