Is Steven Speilberg the only one able to do it all when it comes to movies? The first movie, even though it was rated R, was a radical move with an excellent story line and special effects. This JP3 was dummed down to a PG-13 in order to attract more kids, because when I saw it, almost the entire theater were kids. I wanted to see blood and guts like the first movie.

The movie was better than the 2nd one, but not even close to the first JP. I think I enjoyed Final Fantasy more than JP3.

The only hope now is Planet of the Apes. I hope they don't screw up this one.

All the JP films are pG-13. As for the story - what are you all looking for? Shakespeare?

POTA is going to be lousy... But don't take my word for it...

And Spielburg didn't direct this one either. He had nothing to do with it. There were about 8 writers which explains why the script was pretty bad.

He was the executive producer, so I'm sure he had a hand in it. I just saw it yesterday and was dissapointed. Not enough gore and pointless killing..... ANd that chic? I wanted her to die so bad, sheesh. The story was dumb and it soon became predictable.

I think they should have brought a fleet of army men so there was some pointless killing. THen they could play around with the story some and show how the rapters could have traps and tactics yet still keep the main actors that you wnated to live, alive. This keeps both crowds happy. The ones that wanna see killing and the ones that want the good guys to win.

What sucked worse is the few people that did die, you didn't see anything real gruesom (sp?) or scary. I mean In the first one you saw T-Rex just bitin' on some Lawyer's head and in this one all you reall see is a rapter sink his claw into some guys back....and then later break his neck? Come the f_ck on...how realistic is that? From what I remember the damn thing didn't even eat him :-/

The first one was badass....don't know what happened to JP2/3.
