I have a TV/radio tuner/video capture card that came in an older toshiba computer and want to use it on a different comp. The manual lists it as a Brooktree BT848 chip, the card itself says Raffles R4 NTSC.
Anyone know where I can find drivers for this thing? Also what kind of software would I need to use the card aside from the drivers, along the lines of the capture functions. I'm knew to the tv card stuff so any advise is appreciated.
