I've just received more info from my friend, btw, what's happening here is that a large
entity that shall remain nameless has to move out a lot of stuff and my friend was
contracted to salvage what's salable and move it

There's also a ton of software,3com nic's,misc 56k modems,sound cards,other video cards
the list is incrediable

Monitors we will probably wish to sell local to save on shipping local being either
in the Boston area or in Wash, DC

My friend will be sending me up a box of video cards in the next couple days,I will begin verifying the hardware, burning reference driver disks and bagging it.He will be coming up here after July 4th and we will be going thru everything, verifying parts, setting prices, yes, there will more than likely be discounts and "package specials" for folks who buy a lot of stuff

You all will have first crack and I will update you all every step of the way !!! Lol, I'm in for a very busy few weeks :)

Well here's my wish list
2 3Com PCI 10/100 BT NIC
1 (maybe 2) 56k Modem (prefer PCI will take ISA if good brand. Also prefer US robotics or better, will NOT take WinModems!)
1 PCI Soundcard (prefer Soundblaster PCI128 or better)
1 or 2 video cards depending on brand/model/price/AGP or PCI

As stated eralier if you come across any DVD-ROMs let me know.

I may also want to pickup one or 2 of the monitors as well. I live in Worcester (goto WPI) so getting them shouldn't be a problem.

Email me at cryo_007@netzero.net when you get a chance :-)

Jean, I will probably need several of the 56K modems and perhaps a vid card or two.

I can't keep good, used modems in my hands - too many thunderstorms and too few good surge protectors.

There is definitely interest here...

I am in DC and my kid could use a monitor and a friend might want one as well. Might be interested in some of those vid cards, too.

keep us posted...

Thanks for thinking of PCA
