I started a thread on the old board asking why paulson got a third chance at posting, and what do you know a few days later he says some stupid stuff and gets himself banned again.

Look, the difference here is that he would've never gotten a 3rd chance again anyway. To me that board just isn't the same at all anymore because it's not being run the same way, nor is it being run by the ones that REALLY took care of the moderating and normal day-to-day running of the board <---that's what really mattered to me in choosing to be here and that's the way it'll stay

"nef" is a term that someone at anand's came up with...a "nef" is someone who posts a lot of short, meaningless messages just to raise their count...kinda like this one

The term came from some llama with the handle of "nef" starting a thread and posting the SAME message repeatedly to drive up his post count.

It's amazing that Paulson keeps getting himself canned when I haven't been reinstated yet for saying the same things that others have since without reprisals.

Maby paulson should ask 4 a Gore(recount of his posts). as U can see some were actually chad like and might have fallen down while Others are not being counted cause the slight dimpel because of there vague nature.

The Banandtech mods have been on a banning jag in the last few days. Some really popular members have been canned for minor league stuff. Those who responded to warning e-mails with the requisite amount of "Yessuh Massah, I bees good." bowing and scraping have been reinstated.
