Who has seen "Traffic"?

I want to see it but my wife is skeptical (one of her friends told her it sucked). I mean how could it suck? It was in the theatres for a very long time, has good actors, had high praise from critics and movie-goers, and won like 5 academy awards. My question is, is it a "guy" movie or would a woman like it too?

I saw Traffic a few months ago and I really enjoyed it, its hard to say weather it is only a guy movie because everyone has their own taste in Movies.

But I think that it will be seen typically as a "guy" movie because of the content of the movie, drugs, sex, and violence.......

but as I say everyone has different tastes but I personally really enjoyed to movie

The movie is hard to follow at times because it seems to have a couple different stories running through it, but it all makes sense and is connected towards the end. It is a good movie that you actually have to pay attention to in order to understand what is going on in it. Not one of those movies that you can figure out exactly how it will go play by play...

I thought it was one of the worst movies I have seen in years. atleast one of the worst movies that was highly praised. if all U wana do is see a bunch of kids take drugs and adults mstly act stupid go for it. otherwise pass.

saw it last week - pretty overrated i thought - mediocre plot, action etc. - nothing original in there - dope dealers are mean! whitebread kids who smoke crack get into trouble! liked the mexican cops the best but very little plot 4/10

I thoroughly enjoyed it. The colored scenes were annoying, but other than that, it was very good.

I thought it was one of the best of 2000 (which doesn't say a lot)

I did not find it that good at all. Some of the stories were interesting but that it.

Very disturbing.
