Old games
Never cared much for Doom or Wolfenstein, but Quake and the Duke are still my 2 favorites.

I love playin' those old games. GTA, Lords2, Rocket Jockey (anybody remember this one?) Warcraft II, etc. Most my friends don't like original Quake anymore, but I think thats cause they haven't seen it with the GL patch. It looks like a completely new game and I think it's awsome.
My friend and I are in the middle of a Quake2 co-op game right now (though I wouldn't consider this "old"). We've probably gotten about 1/3 of the way through
. I still build quake 2 maps every once in a while; though it seems nobdoy really plays the game anymore. But it's the only editor I know really well and I don't like any of the new ones, so it doesn't look like my maping "skills" will pass on to any future game...

Oh my! I do love the old games like Doom, Hexen, Heretic; but I've played those to death (no pun intended).
When you say 'old games' how old do you mean? I still like to fire up Super Pac-Man or MS. Pac-Man on MAME...
Now, thems is old school...

Spectre Supreme was a game I played around 6-7 years ago for the first time on my old Mac. It was a pretty solid game that I bet I could still get back into...especially b/c it was so simple for a retail game.
Warcraft II is not all that old I guess, but it certainly goes without saying....

one of my favorites is a really old classis.
LOAD RUNNER
i have found a couple of updated versions but they run WAY too fast. The original was designed for a 386 processor.
Also, civilization 2 was a great old game as well

I don't really play the Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy much anymore or The Leather Goddess' of Phobos, but I do still break out Civilization II and play it.
