You are responsible to be sure the other party gets their end. He hasn't and what you did send obviously hasn't reached him yet, if it ever will. That isn't his problem. You need to either refund him for the value or send him suitable replacements now. And get tracking info and insurance to protect yourself. If nexus does ever get the other shipment I'm sure he'll send it back to you.

Oh comon. if My package didnt get to U in a TIMELLY manner you woudl be going off Far more then I am. YOU did not hold up YOUR end by ME not getting my stuff. This matter is NOT closed as I dont have my stuff and YOU have mine. You were Suposed to CROSS ship on Monday March 19'th. um U missed that one by Over a week and a half to even Claim U shipped it. The ram was PC100 cas2 what did U expect? I had it on my P3BF doing 150fsb at 3-3-3 liek I stated in my emails Log ago not My fault your board isnt a quality board and you cant get what ever U want. I think You need to Look at your actions here and see What it is that you can Improve upon. Not find fault in other people and services. Return my stuff! tis is getting out of hand and Im sick of dealign with you. I want my $$, Ram, and Headphones back and in the same condition I sent them to You in which was excelent!

Not that was jsut plane Retarded. U asked me in an Email to cheak it and I responded then abotu that it was dead on and that was OVER A WEEK AGO! becides that fact U didnt bother to Look one reply Lower to see it right there and they were exactly the same. Tradign rules state it is Your job to get it to me in a timelly manner and packaged when. Maby U didnt write it correctly. actually it is in the email in THREE places. Ant my fault. now Please send me my products and $$ back and if your package manages to waddel on in here providing you actually shipped it Ill jstu send it right back to you. lets see what retarded thing gets spouted off next.

If this thread gets locked, it's all for the better because he's crapping all over me, my name, and my honor.
I'm firm in my position about shipping his stuff back if my package isn't there by this coming saturday, and no I'm not talking about tomorrow. In all actuality his stuff might be there tomorrow, or monday. Who knows. But if it's not there next saturday, I'm shipping the RAM, headphones, and $55 back. Final. Take it or take it.

One last thing: You guys in this forum (Not just the FS forum, but the other topics as well) seem nice and friendly, especially you, mr. admin. You're certainly more forgiving than a certain Kyle Bennett.

I wouldn't worry too much. The New Jersey State Police have a big base in Princeton, and they'd be very happy to pay him a visit if this doesn't pan out the way it should.

Hopefully, it won't have to come to that. If anyone needs that info should the time come, let me know. I drive past it every day on my way to work.

Remember Jefferson I tried resolving this via email but you became hostile to not only me but with your insults directed towards nexus.

Ok, we'll wait till then. And if you do end up sending his things back <b>please</b> get tracking info this time and make sure the money is a postal money order. Much easier to track.

Looks like another liar and thief here. Jefferson "promised" if nexus didn't receive anything by this past saturday then he will send nexus his items back. Instead all he is saying now is he's "considering the situation".
