I have 4 80 mm case fans, 1 intake and 3 ehaust, i chipset fan on my mobo (comes stock with Abit KT7a) and of course a cpu fan (Globalwin FOP38 w/ Delta). My machine stays pretty cool, actually about or a degree ot 2 above room temp.

I think the most important thing is case design and layout. I have an Antec SX830 case with 4 80mm fans 2 intake and 2 exhaust plus a cool drive HDD cooler with a 40mm fan I have a Global Win VOS-32 heat sink with 2 60mm YS Tech fans and last but not least the power supply fan and oh yeah the fan on my GTS. That is lots of fans but case temp is usually the same as room temp CPU temp under full load is usually around 34-36

I added 2 120mm fans to my side cover , to blow at the CPU and V-card and made a filter box on the outside to keep some of the dust out . The fan are 130cfm each , guess i over did that part , but my all my temps are just over room temp under load . Plus i took the power supply apart and change the fan to more CFM and add a fan in the bottom ( over the CPU ) that sucks air into the power supply .

5-80's and the Delta on the cpu, are we counting the one on the vid card? Oh, and the psu makes, uh, 8, total. Got a brick in the bottom to keep it on the ground, unlike bootmeup who has hurricane tiedowns stolen from the nearest trailer park, hehe.

Right now, not much. 1 80mm intake, 1 80mm exhaust,1 40mm on vid, 1 Delta 7K on my Alpha and of course the exhaust from the PSU. But as soon as I hear from a guy, I'm going to pick up 3 120mm for side and blowhole. :)
