Steve, you are a good guy and I respect you but please do not come here making lame claims like that or hinted threats. "it better be" I resent that remark. What is it that you add here? You only post in your own threads which are for your own self benefit or to bash another. You never bother posting anywhere else here. You just do for your own benefit, that's it.
Your ad is a dealer ad. Those were purchased to sell for a profit. But since that isn't what you appear to be doing this will be allowed. Please mark when any are sold and how many are left as you sell them.
As we go along this rule will probably have to be re-defined and sometimes it might be on a case to case basis. We'll see how it plays out.

just because new egg sells it for x price doesnt mean i bought it from them

if u can buy it here or anywhere or whomever cheaper for the same product is it not the same

so are u saying people who buy used,new,pretested,etc junk from me are insane and dont know what they are doing
people have to right to sell what they want as long as they dont cross the rules that are layed out.

Whoa there ginfest, at ease dude. We are not picking on anyone in particular and there are things going on you have no clue about, it may be easier to let us handle this in-house, but your opinions are valued, if not taken as fact. It is true Steve is a very honest person, but the fact remains this gig is a chunk of his income, and probably even reported on his taxes, thus making this more than a hobby for him. bonkers threads that are dealers threads have been locked I believe, and this one still remains as a testament to fairness as well. We at PCA have a good rep for being honest and fair traders and many of our folks have been around since Anand's place was a Geocities site, and we realize that you being from there might not like folks hacking on your people, but Steve was hanging with us at AGN years ago as well, so we know him and bonkers quite well, and are not trying to single anyone out except dealers, if Steve comes to us with a deal we don't feel he is being a dealer on it is up to us to challenge it or not. Sorry to crap in your thread Steve, nice prices on the procs btw.

I guess it's just a matter of the different styles, Steve is low-key, while Bonker's threads shout, Steve lets the business come to him for the most part, Bonkers was sending PMs solicitating business.
Anand has an "excessive bumping" rule, when Bonkers was called to the carpet on this, he PM members asking them to bump his threads.
Why does this matter? Bonkers posts 3-4 threads at once, then bumps them constantly, no one else can get a word in!
I think of these forums as "my old P3 does 1GB, I got a new P4, I want to sell my P3". not, "I bought 20 P3s, I'll sell them for peanuts, so Joe Schmoe can't sell his old one".
Another example: Bonkers has CPUS at say $125.00, Steve comes in with the same part at $120.00, Bonkers goes to $115.00, Steve leaves, Bonkers is back to $125.00, all the same parts. Price wars in a FS forum meant for (IMHO) the "little guys"?
All I know is, Steve follows the rules laid down, Bonkers insists on breaking them.
