it's the old "I Will Send You XXXX For Your Troubles" comeback. I've been late before, but only about 2 or 3 days late, and I did send extra for the tardiness. In all actuality I'm still waiting for a 128meg dimm from him, but I have considered it a writeoff.

Bio, Bio, Bio, you seem to be such a good fella, why this?

No MO to date, been over 2 weeks now. Enjoying my DVDs Bio? Well, whether you do or you don't, I'd still like to get paid for them, sheesh.

Blade, I'm curious what his employer had to say when you told them about the case... Is he still working there? Moved out? Disappeared or what?

'Nother day, 'nother bump *sigh*

For now I just emailed them. If I don't hear anything back then I will call his work. I gave them a description of how he's been and a link to this thread. We'll see.

From what I remember he's one of the main IT guys at his work(a school or something) so he may be able to intercept an email like that if he was looking for it... Just a thought that occured to me.

If he is someones main IT guy they need to find a new one! If his dealings here are any indication of his personal ethics they need to do an inventory soon.

Sheeesshhh...I never thought this would drag on this long - why Mike? Is it necessary to lie like that and to drop the ball like that. Think of it this way man, if someone did this to you and your friends - would you think that's cool?

Me neither!!! Deliver the goods and $$$ Bio, do the right thing here!!!

And btw: if you are having some major problems (i.e. depression, drugs, alcohol, personal, etc.), please get some help okay? Don't make the mistake so many people make and not get help when you need it most. Most people will not get the help they need and they end up dying after a miserable life, breaking the hearts of their family and friends before that time comes.

No matter what you read here that bothers you, I think you know that we've cared about your wellbeing since the start of this. Blade would not have gone to the mat for you and tried so hard to believe that you'd do the right thing. You've been around so long and most of us had good experiences in your trading days, but this is over the top and needs to be finished YESTERDAY. What you're doing is not fair to people that trusted you. You told them to trust you and now you're basically stabbing them in the back by proving their trust wrong.

Remember, if you need help the smart thing to do is to admit it and get help - the wrong thing is to do nothing and allow this to consume your life until you can't take it anymore. Complete these deals with your friends Mike, then get help okay?

He says your system is waiting in a post office in canada Gumby and he still insists everyone was paid. He also says he's emailed everyone but golly gee, no one receives his emails.

It's funny, I get his emails, I get you guys emails and you get mine so why don't you get his? Golly gee wiz he's even tried several different email accounts and still that same damn thing happens. riiiiiiight :|

btw, remember him saying he no longer works at the same place and his main email doesn't work. All bs of course. mfox@berkley.k12.mi.us is still his work email. And yes it works, if he has the balls to reply to anyone.

Andd he's living at home with his daddy. May have to call his daddy soon. Maybe post his work info here too.

I had sold Mike 3 DVDs. Its been so long I actually forget what they were.

One was Wild Things, I'm sure of that, and there's 2 more, just can't come to mind right now. Anybody recall my ad?

Anyways, he's already confirmed receipt of the items and the agreement was he pay me $41US for all of them. Said he sent an *international* money order around 2 weeks ago? Still hasn't shown up yet.

Yes yes, another day, another bump :(

Bio(Mike), please get back on your feet and do the right thing.
