What CPU on a 810 chipset mobo?

My mate is fed up with his pants 500 Celery, although it is upped a measly bit (by yours truly) to 525

And higher Aand the FSB kills off the sound card (built in!!!!!!!!!! ppieeecceee ooffff ccaaaaaaccckkkkk)

So can I get him a Flip Chip P3 (FC-PGA) to go in that socket?


Pls help am dforget mobo upgrades we are looking for a quick fix!

What mobo is it? Some 810 boards can, others can't. Guy I work with has an HP Pavilion w/an 810 board that can only take PPGA Celerons.

i think you need the 810e to take flippers - wife has a plaint vanilla 810 and celery ppga is all she wrote

Pants..........over here in UK, pants are underwear, not trousers! So it's Pants, ie not cool
