Lucas arts officially announced their upcoming MMPOG being developed by verant. Being based on the original trilogy, this game should kick some ass. I just dont want to get addicted to it like I did everqest. Another game that looks cool is mafia. You can get some screens here: http://www.gamespot.co.uk/news/2000/11/8624.html
