This car is systematic, hyyydromatic...why it's greased lightning!

kind of looks like a Ford Lincoln that got a bad batch of steroids :(

Lincoln Continental special Batman edition. I saw that pic before - I tink it was a recent London? car show, there may have been text about that car, can't remember. Custom , I assume.
