WAY out of my price range at $2K, but I suppose that if you were the IT guy for a large enough firm, this might be worth buying.
Short of total mechanical failure, it can usually recover data from an unreadable drive. It would have better success than something like Spinrite because it never writes to the bad drive - it clones the bad drive to another one and in the process, recovers any data in bad sectors.
