Predator, no, at least not yet. ODD is a very good representative of Bio's action lately, simply odd. It seems like he wants this trouble brought onto himself, so so sad. Rip off? Hope not anyways. But besides lies and promises that are hardly kept, what are we to start thinking? You know how many cheeseburgers I can buy with my soon-to-be-vapourware $41 schmucks?

Please Bio, I'd like to have my cheeseburgers and eat it too.

sounds like someone just got way in over there head and didn't suck it up and fullfil their end of the deal. I hope he comes through for everyone that hasn't gotton their stuff yet. Especially those guys who bought systems from him. I'd be flaming pissed if i would have dumped a good chuck of money for nothing. A road trip and a can of whoop ass might correct the direction he's going. someone around here must know him on a more personal level that could see whats up. What is it lately with good traders going sour. Like they say "can't take the heat, get your ass outta the kitchen!" can't handle the level of trading that your doing cut it back a bunch or don't trade at all. If you find yourself falling behind in deals halt trading until you can catch up and have some breathing room. I use to sell on ebay a few years back and handled 30 to sometimes almost 100 transactions in a week. That is hell but you've got a commitment to those people who bought stuff. Lot of hard work but it pays off in the end. Take care of these people Bio, i'm long overdue for a road trip

The same reason many others don't have as many negatives as they should. Peeople get talked out of leaving a bad eval and some fear retaliation and don't want to make an enemy. Some were offered more things to make things right so they didn't leave a bad eval. Others now are just waiting to get their items or a refund and some just can't leave a deserved bad eval, unfortunately.

What those that don't leave a deserved bad eval fail to see is it hurts others when they don't. I'm not faulting any previously because we all have our reasons and we all want to forgive and forget and give one a second chance. Regarding him though it's time to just leave the facts and a deserved negative. I had been polite in all my many many emails to him previously but after learning he lied yet again in saying he contacted Gumby and others, I was not so nice.

I didn't do a negative eval because GCS did one outlining our 3 way deal. To put another one would have been redundant.

I haven't put an eval up for our last deal because it is still unfinished, and i'm hoping he come thru. If he persists, and doesn't clean up soon, I will post an eval

He lies again. :| He told one person he'd send his refund out overnight on Thursday and the person hasn't heard diddly since. So he remains a damn liar and for now nothing more than a common thief. I hate saying that but I'm damn sick and tired of us getting lied to. Time to get the police involved.

well, as much as I hate to say it, I agree wit you Blade. Bio has had more than enough time to at least answer to these allegations, and even more to correct them.

Doesn't matter caterpiller, thanks though. When he does bother replying to me or the ones left hanging he just lies to us. He's been asked many times that if there's a problem to let us know but instead he continues to lie and says he doesn't know why. Well gee I don't know why either but he's going on the bad trader list.

I think it's past the "I'm sad that it had to come to this" part at this point. You don't lie and not come through on your trades, then you're a bad trader with bad intentions. Maybe it didn't start out that way for him, but this has now gone past the point of understanding. Many of us tried to encourage Biohazard to complete his deals, and some tried more than others - including blade.

Trust is all that we have as traders, Bio has violated the trust every step of the way in his last dealings - we cannot allow someone like that to trade in this community, because if we do we become part of the problem. We have to warn others and the bad traders list is one way to do that. I for one don't understand why it had to get to this point, but enough is enough - he's had plenty of chances to make these trades good.
