This is just shoddy investigation work that could've been cleared up by sending an officer to the house the question the woman. Tactics like the ones employed here are going to end up costing the lives of innocent civilians and officers. I hope the everyone involved in orchestrating this raid is fired.

I agree FP, we could make a section dedicated to this sadly. My favorite part of the story:

But rather than give him the SWAT-team treatment, the police politely requested that he come to police headquarters, which he did, where he was arrested without incident. The police department’s kid-gloves treatment of Murray is in startling contrast to their flashbang assault on Mrs. Milan’s home.
