I am almost ashamed to say I have not seen ANY of the James Bond movies with the latest bond... Not quite sure why.. I guess I should add them to my list.. Casino Royale, Skyfall and I know there's another one?

Casino Royale, A Quantum of Solace (one of the most moronic titles ever), and then Skyfall.
They're worth watching. Craig pulls it off with pinache. The director is insistent on using very little CGI. There's no CGI used at all in the first one, and very little in the second. He wanted the old-school Bond look and feel so they did it all with models and stuntmen, and visual tricks like the old days.
Casino Royale gets started with the action pretty quickly with an incredibly well choreographed parkour chase scene. They used a real parkour athlete for it.
