If he is having trouble, he should have come to us...atleast I would have helped, I'm sure others would too. Sometimes we all get in over our heads, and it's how we deal with those situations that defines us. I've been in situations where I have been so backloged that there seemed like there was no escape, it took me a long time to accept the fact that sometimes you have to ask for help. So Mike, if your still reading these forums and there is something I can do to help you out...you have my number.

Its no use saying things to mike on this thread. I've talked to him on AIM and linked him to it, and he says he cant read it. He has told me that he is going to make good on trades and that he is out. From what he's said lately who knows if you can believe it.

Have you all heard from him like he said? He's promised he's emailed others only that wasn't always the case many times. I just wish we knew why.

I have received no emails from Mike at all! I have stayed relatively active but from that last email he sent you, Blade I think I will have to get a little more vocal about this transaction. I paid on Jan 19th he sent confirmation of receiving the MO on Jan 24th. I can't just walk away from $525US. I heard nothing from him since Feb 6 and I have received nothing....GRRRRRRR!!!!! To make matters worse I have been delaying getting some of my work done because I sold my PC because I thought I was getting his! Now I find out that he is saying that he is offering me a refund!! I would have loved to hear that about a month ago.

Oh well, I just had to get this off my chest, I'm now going about sending Mike another email...

I am so sorry guys. I really considered him a good member here and also a friend but he can't seem to give an honest answer or do as he says. He has most of the original 12 or so taken care of but not all and especially the larger ones he's not taking care of.

Biohazard (Mike) finally shot me an email today, and yes Blade, he had offered (1) to send me another MO and void the 1st MO or (2) to send me back my DVDs plus some cash.

I already replied requesting for the MO rather than the DVD cause I don't wanna risk getting dinged by CUSTOMS for having my own DVDs returned to me

So that's that, I'll see how he follows through and keep you folks updated.

BTW Blade, thanks for standing up for us Canuks eh

i got an email from bio today telling me he had my address so he can send me my MO. for the sake of all of us i hope he makes haste and finishes up the remaining deals ASAP

Glad to hear he is slowly refunding people...wish he would contact me. Haven't heard a word from him *SIGH*

So what sort of actions can I take to speed this thing up, do I resort to legal action? I need either the PC or my money back ASAP! Can someone who has been through this let me know.

I am real sorry Gumby, he has promised me many times he has contacted you(and everyone else) and yet he still lies. At first he said he had email problems but he's gone through many different emails and *still* that problem. Funny though I can get his emails(when he bothers replying) but others can't.

Don't worry, some things are being worked on.

This is sad, i thought Bio was a good trader. Hope he gets everything all sorted out. I know leading a busy life and trading pretty heavy on the boards can get be hell at times but you have a commitment to someone and you need to always hold up your end of the deal. Speaking of good traders gone bad what ever happened to Skorpian1G? Seems like he just dropped off the face of the earth.
