today i called back to Allstate at first was told they have not received the paper work . then was told they do have it and its being reviewed. then the girl said it was listed as medium claim .but she have it moved to a higher level . said this should move things along I will be calling back on Tuesday to see were it stands
Funny been told its all approved and checks were ready to cut as soon as all the papers arrived to them. wonder what changed seeing there client was 100 % at fault and was given a ticket also Allstate said they were responsible for all damages and claims from the accident.

i just forward my complete package that the rental car company sent to me. I was informed by ALLSTATE that my Check should be mailed out by this Friday.
I stayed on the line while the adjuster received and looked over the whole E-mail with pictures and forums and stuff . so i know he got them and even got a replay stating they did .

fyi folks Never Ever Deal /use Allstate Insurance. they are paying this but I have been going though hoops to have them pay out on this claim.

Insurance companies don't like WV because when they pull that BS they automatically get charged an extra 33% of the claim for dealing in bad faith. Twitter may be your friend on this. They don't give a rat's *** about you, but their PR people monitor twitter.
