small pickup question !

This car is systematic, hyyydromatic...why it's greased lightning!

ha guys im looking at spending around 8-10 grand on a small pick-up .
what you think be a truck to look for ?
I know if I was in the market for a brand new full size it be a ford f-150.
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

I have no clue. I haven't looked at a truck in forever.

A quick Google reveals that after all these years I might want to buy a new truck. It seems most manufacturers will be selling a small pickup with a 2-3L turbo diesel engine! FINALLY!

thanks pugsley - ya small pickups are getting tuff to find - a friend works at ford and they still make the ranger pickup but only for export !
the auto companys are screwed here -there told that the mpg for the total fleet they sell has to meet a mpg avg . so some things they make won't or can't be offer in the american market .to meet those guidelines set by are Aholes we elected in office.

the older s-10s were bulletproof but they command a ridiculous premium
