It's a factory Ford vehicle - just an unusual one. Ford lists all the details at Cobra Jet by Ford Racing . Prices range from ~$95K to ~$110K depending on powertrain (S/C vs NA) and options ('chute mount, wheelie bar). You can buy many of the parts, including the engine, from Ford.

Everyone asks about horsepower. Ford doesn't list the output, but bone stock the car will run 9.0 @ 150, so I think "healthy" is probably an understatement...
