PNY 64mb pc133 sdram modules, all have infineon "HYB 39S64800CT-7.5" chips on them (cas3).

cycad, I only tested them at their default SPD setting (Cas3). I generally don't guarantee anything beyond the SPD setting since I don't know how it will perform in other people's systems

This infineon chips will run CAS 2 at 133. I had a stick with the same chip markings that had the spd set at cas 3 and i ran that chip all the way to up 150 mhz fsb at cas 2-2-2 with no problems.
