If you have a Nexus 7 and made the mistake of updating to 4.2 you got treated to one butt-ugly clock on the lock screen, and all kinds of issues ranging from Bluetooth problems to charging problems.
4.2.1 SEEMS to have solved my charging problem. I don't use Bluetooth on the tablet, but I have heard that people are still having problems with 4.2.1
There IS a way to go back to 4.1.2 (this was the firmware before 4.2).
Several people have reset their Nexus 7 tablets back to stock 4.1.2 using the Nexus Root Toolkit (NRT) from:
http://www.wugfresh.com
Unlock, flash back to stock 4.1.2 and then optionally re-lock.
Once back on 4.1.2 there is also a "FotaKill" method to disable the firmware update nag. It's mentioned at the top the 2nd page. There's a link to a Word doc called FOTAKillInstructions.doc. It requires that you root the tablet. This thread also has many people saying they successfully rolled back to 4.1.2 using NRT:

I'm actually okay with 4.2.1 at this point. I can live with the butt ugly clock. I'll wait to see what the next update brings. I can always try rolling it back later if I need to.
