Help me my coffee has not kicked in yet....
Will this EATX motherboard I just got for free in a 1U:

Fit into this case? :

I scored a dumpster dive and got a working:
1U server consisting of that Tyan K8Spro mobo + 2X AMD Opteron cpu's + 2GB Ram & a 500W EPS PSU. I want to transplant this setup into a tower case and the PSU I captioned in the Hot Deal forum and install windows home server for all my media files.
Does "EEB" = "EATX"?
I did some googling and found the common answer was that they are the same for size and rear IO and for all corner mounting holes, but some of the screw holes in the middle do not line up and the fix for that is just to drill and tap your own holes.
Can anybody speak to experience on this sorta thing?
Thanks!

Lucky find! Perfect for a server.
All of the mounting holes don't always have to be used. Though I do recommend at least one in the middle. Fortunately, that case appears to be perfect for this board (most ATX cases can't accommodate the depth of server boards) and you should be able to use all of the mounting holes. Hope it came with the heat sinks.
Let me know if you need a PCI to SATA RAID card. I've got one that I retired that I'd sell cheap. THIS for $10 shipped
