What a little punk...Rat tail and eyebrow piercing at his age... Kid needs help before he gets killed by the next guy that throws him to the ground. I don't know the whole story, and we never will, but based on the bit of character judgment I have to agree the skinny kid was the bully while the big kid is the cool headed one.
