cars are made around the world. do you feel this will affect the car market ?
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me. :help

Well, I don't know about other areas, but in America, most Japanese cars are made here. Who knows about part supplies though.

I was wondering the same thing. I know most "foreign" cars like Toyotas are actually assembled here, but I don't know if the parts are all assembled here.

Maybe EvilHorace knows, at least as concerns Toyota and Lexus.

Most of the parts Toyota uses are all from Japan. All Lexus cars except the RXs (small popular SUV) are assembled in Japan. Most US RXs are now assembled in Canada. Too soon to know how this latest disaster might affect us here but things look bad in Japan right now.
