Need some suggestions on essay

I have to write a small paper for class. I chose a topic but after researching, I can't find much about the topic (US vs Chinese hackers).

The part I am having difficulty with is finding 3 issues that are different about the US and Chinese hackers.

I thought I could find enough information but it's looking rather slim, but the instructor will not let me change topics now..

Man, good luck! I'll look around and see if I can find anything. Off the top of my head, I would think that their nation's firewall would be one difference..

Yeah, that is one I have so far. I wonder about age and profit or types of hacks they are more sufficient at than the other?
