8/10 from me. only negative is the main character (the apprentice) was just simply over-nerdy...i know it's a disney film and that was the point, but it was just a bit too much.

effects: 9/10
action: 8/10
entertainment value: 9/10
acting: don't care...didn't expect much going in.
Monica Bellucci: 11/10. she is my favorite of all time.

I thought it was a really good movie as well. I actually like the guy that plays the apprentice. He's had a couple of other good movies as well. She's out of my league comes to mind.
