Anyone buy a blu-ray burner yet?
i look at them sometimes. the drives arent too bad price wise but the media is killer.

I got one for christmas. I have used it a little bit. If I find something worth making a backup of, I do. The burning process takes nowhere near as long as the prep process I'll tell you that!

I have a reader in my computer. The image quality isn't so incredible vs. upscaled DVDs that I'd dump more than $100 into a recorder. But the prices have plummeted this year.
Media's already down under $1 each. It's hard to ignore that. Sure, hard drives are cheap, but it's always nice to have a disc lying around.
