do you still buy gas at BP stations . or do you try to go elsewhere for your gas ~
or
are you the type that go's to who ever has the best price at the time you need to fill up your tank. ( I don`t look at a brand name just the pump price )
the Last time I was Talking to myself . I got into such a heated argument . that is why I swore I never talk to that guy again. you know what it worked now no buddy talking to me.
The closest BP station that I'm aware of is over in Manor, which is about 20 miles away, so I don't have to put a lot of effort into avoiding their station.
Besides, the times I have been over that way the prices were usually 3 to 5 cents over what I was paying for gas at that time.
i use BP since my local grocery store chain gives big discount bonuses. every $50 you spend at the store you get $0.10/gallon off at the pump...cumulative. i typically save $0.40-$0.50/gal each trip.
I worked nearly 35 years at the Amoco/BP oil refinery in Texas City and bought Amoco gasoline at a station at the refinery until it was shutdown. BP doesn't sell gasoline in the part of Texas I live in, so I buy Chevron.
