not sure if this was ever posted here...i imagine it was a while back. of course, this stuff goes on at pretty much every type of shop, not just computers.

No crap... how about being charged $40 for a new power cable for a laptop???

Yeah, it's places like that that keep me busy. It's also raised my prices because I can't keep up with volume.
