Snappy isn't the word... Damn fast would be a better way of looking at it. Never seen Firefox work this fast.
When all else fails, replace the user.

All my addons worked fine except the ShrinkThisLink Linker, which I just hacked to allow it to work on 3.5 (it'll probably have an update released soon anyway).

My other addons:

- NoScript
- IE Tab
- LogMeIn
- Colorful Tabs
- FlashBlock
- New Tab Homepage
- SSL Blacklist
- Tree-Style Tab

my only add on that wasn't updated already was plaint text to link, which is a huge timesaver. it lets you highlight a web address in plaintext and right click it to launch and will usually bring up links that are hxxp:// etc.

Oooo nice find WVJohn. Here's the link for anyone who wants it: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/623

Hopefully they'll update it for 3.5 soon.

all of my extensions worked or had updates except for one important one, it's for this online game I play, so I tried this and it works for any add-on:

If any extensions don't work, you can try this
1) in address bar, type about:config and hit Enter
2) right click in window, New Boolean Value
3) value name is extensions.checkCompatibility
4) set it to False
5) Restart Firefox

it worked fine for me and it's kind of a band-aid solution until there's a proper update

Just realize that it's a 2 edged sword. That just disabled the version checker (every add-on has a variable setup in a script that states what versions it's compatible with).

Often an older version of an addon is completely compatible with a newer version of Firefox and you can either do your trick, or hack the add-on's script which is safer but more techie (this only allows that one addon to bypass the version checker).

Sometimes an addon is not compatible and bypassing the version checker will cause your browser to become unstable so beware.
