Evil, it was actually a great movie, as long as you accept that it's a different universe. Entertaining as hell from beginning to end with lots of humorous moments (Kirk and McKoy moments are classic, and Scotty is also hilarious).

There are nitpicks I can make, but I don't want to post spoilers.

Yeah, the characters were great. They really seemed to pick a few that worked well compared to the originals. You knew who McCoy was before he introduced himself and both McCoy and Scotty had many classic lines.

FINALLY, I've had a chance to see it. Certainly is a good movie. I suspect that all the hype made me a bit difficult to please, however, it was definately a good movie. I'd like to see if they can pull off another TV series.

Saw it in the IMAX. Liked it alot, but i almost got sick at the theater, lol. to close to the action!
